Short code for Wordpress site

I need a code that will do the following:

Input: provide postcode => search a list of postcodes => if postcode within the list A (search 30000)
then display: iframe link 1

Else if => postcode within the list B (search another 30000) => display link iframe link 2

and so on
6 lists in total (200000 entries) the post code are 15 mile radius of a post code, it can be downloaded from https://www.freemaptools.com/find-uk-postcodes-inside-radius.htm
