Seeking a Senior Blockchain/Smart Contract Engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure, gas-efficient Solidity contracts for DeFi and blockchain protocols. Responsibilities include authoring robust smart contracts, creating automated tests with Foundry/Hardhat, performing security reviews, mitigating risks (flash loans, oracle manipulation, MEV, governance attacks), leveraging analysis tools, supporting audits and deployments, optimizing gas and storage, and documenting technical decisions. Requirements: strong Solidity/EVM expertise, Foundry/Hardhat experience, deep DeFi knowledge, security-first mindset, testing and debugging proficiency, familiarity with OpenZeppelin and upgradeable patterns, and excellent attention to detail. Could you please let me know whether the primary focus is building new protocol contracts from the ground up, or reviewing and hardening an existing DeFi codebase where security analysis, testing coverage, and gas optimization are the immediate priorities?
