Secure SMS (Need help in securing client's SMS)

HI, i need a professional programmer or a security expert to help provide a solution for secure sms.
It involves coming up with a feasible solution/design that ensures adequate and advanced security for customers using sms to transfer funds.
we currently have a system that enables customers transfer funds or send money to one another and are in the process of making that secure to avoid interception/attacker threats.
