Script to download attachments from emails from Outlook 2007

we need a script in Visual Basic to download attachments from emails. We will use the inbuilt Rules engine (Rules & Alerts) to select the ones to download from and then run the script as a Macro.

As we are wanting to download a series of different attachments and then save them to different directories we will need a "IF from john@domain.com then save as" section to the script.

I've tried several solutions found online but never managed to get any working hence the job.

I am open to alternative solutions.
