Script to be made for Google sheets so we can send emails to customer

Description of requirements/functionality: Hi,

We are looking for someone to make a script for us. We sell products online and customers send there items back fi they are not happy.

Once we receive the item back we log all info on GOOGLE sheets. The information we log is : Name, item, Address and EMAIL ADDRESS on the last column.

We want a script making that will allow the staff to click on the email and send a automated email to let customers know we have received the item back.

We would also like to keep customers informed on the progress of there return and send them another email once item has been refunded.

We know googlesheets offer a FREE script however you have to copy the email in another sheet to send this. However we would prefer to send on the same sheet.
