Script in swift using AI part

Hi!
The goal is clear: I need an executable (on ubuntu) script wrote in swift containing AI part.
I want to show the spreading of a contagious disease, like a virus across a population.
For example, the result can be: a display 800*600 showing 100dots representing people with two colors green: uninfected and red:infected and disappeared if the dot die. The AI part is the auto-calibration of virus which have to survive long time possible and spread more possible.
On the screen some variable can be select by a slider like R0 of the virus and the mortality of virus.
It will be cool to can select the number of people (dots) and increase screen size.

The previous "maker" working on project don't honor the deadline so know is really urgent.
The result does not to be perfect but needed done fast, like 48hours (that's which explain the price).
