Script error caused by malware, needs fixing please?

Hi

My website has gone offline because the hosting company has disabled the scripting due to a malware issue that runs a permanent process.

Can someone fix the scrip please? The error is below

Can someone fix it today and please advise of you need both FTP details and Cpanel please?
