Scrapper needed

i need a scrapper to create an excel sheet of the information of all the people that email my address. Usually, their mails are informative enough to provide all the information required, but it is not structured properly, because they are just letters that contain numerous other things like introduction and pitches and pleasantries.

These are the information i need about everybody that sends messages to my inbox...

FIRST NAME. LAST NAME. EMAIL. PHONE. JOB TITLE. COMPANY. INDUSTRY NICHE. SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE. WEBSITE.

Sometimes, some information are in the footer signature and sometimes within the email message.
