Scrape 200 company logos, insert into InDesign doc & export PDFs

I need someone to take an InDesign document I have created for a charity project and do the following:

1. Download high-quality logos of 200 companies (from an Excel document containing company name and website)
2. Format the logos so that they have the maximum dimensions of the referenced 'Your Logo Here' image
3. Replace the 'Your Logo Here' referenced image in the InDesign document with each company logo
4. Export each InDesign document as a PDF with a size no larger than 5MB

This is best suited to someone with programming skills, who can create a short piece of (Python) code to scrape the logos, resize the logos, create a for loop to replace the your_logo_here.png file, open the InDesign file, export, save and close the file.

I will provide the InDesign file (see attached PDF), all referenced image files, and a list of 200 companies and their websites.

I will require 200 separate PDF documents and 200 seprate InDesign files, each one containing the logo of each company in place of the 'your logo here'.

This is a charity project, so needs to be as cheap as possible, please.
