Description of requirements/features: This project is about managing hospital.

Main key features will be an Super Administrator will be able to manage individual hospitals, and individual hospital will be able to manage their own individual hospital

This project is straight forward follow the sample application, but you will need to add the section of the Super Administrator mentioned above.

This application can be used in 2 ways, run locally, or managed by us the vendor through monthly subscription fee

This job need to be completed in 3 weeks maximum (End of October) so if you cannot deliver in that time very good system don't bid.

The current freelancer has waisted our time for over 2 months and have not been outstanding in his response

This project will not be awarded if you think you will put the project on hold for your personal gain or dump it when you receive some other projects

Project funds will only be released once all the job is completed, and finished and nothing like realising as you develop

All funds will be Escrow.

If you are a freelancer that will waste our time don't even bother to bid as your bid will be rejected.
