Responsive layout to existing site

Tablet layout shouldn't require as much work as the mobile layout... when the site currently is viewed in landscape view the site is fine it appears exactly as it does on desktop screen.
However, when viewed in portrait view then its all over the place so I've included a layout for how it should look on the home page... leave off the image on the right when viewed in portrait.
All other pages appear the same as in landscape but you'll need to adjust the navigation area as it goes off screen. Obviously when viewed in landscape the layout should return back to normal with the image on the right back in place.

The screenshot layout of the mobile screen is exactly as they are with annotations in the pdf so I hope its all clear there.

I can supply the layered photoshop file with assets as seen in the pdf.
