Resolve my outlook express problem - re group email

The problem I face is this.

I have a group mail within my outlook express address book.

The group mail was created manually and has 1,300 addresses. But I need this group mail broken down into separate group mails of no more than 500 email addresses.

I have a list of the 1,300 individual email addresses that can go in the group mails. This is how I manually created the original group mail.

I need someone please to create 3 group mails in my outlook express by whatever means possible, whether doing it manually or splitting my group email. I would then need to import the three emails groups into my outlook express address book.

Please read this brief carefully before making a bid, and detail to me how you resolve it. Bids stating \'I can do this\' will not be accepted.
