Required Real Time Number Plate Creation in Meganto, long term business relationship

Hi,
One of our customers requires ‘Dynamic Number Plate Creation’ in his website, which is a Meganto based CMS site,

Below is the example URL of what we require:

Requirement is
1. we need a page where customer can build and see his own number plate in real time e.g. http:// www . a1showplates. com / creator. html? type=show

2. Clicking next on another page we would like to sell few accessories as well which will be optional (see same url for example)

3. Again clicking next customer will pay either via debit card or PayPal

Please note that customer site with design is ready in Meganto CMS,
