Description of requirements/functionality: Require working script that can upload images to twitter with status message, this script needs to be shown working and tested. This should be simple project as will be a common requirement and probably already made. expecting quick turnaround.
Specific technologies required: PHP Twitter API
Extra notes: I will not be sharing API keys so developer should have a test account/server to work on.
