Replacing an older PHP gantt chart image by a Java Script gantt chart

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: The gantt chart should include a various number of bars in a various number of lines.
Description of requirements/features: - The bars should be moveable in horizontal and vertical direction (with confirmation dialog) and return new values with be written to the database by PHP.
- The time axis should be scalable, e.g. from 12h scale to 7 days scale.
- Each bar should have a right click menu, for detailed data view.
- Each line have an scheduled and actual bar to be positioned according to the time.

All required data from MySQL are provided in a PHP file according to your requirement. This job is limited with creation of the JS gantt chart, but we might look forward to a longer cooperation, if we are satisfied.

A non-disclosure agreement needs to be signed by the developer prior to start of the work.
