Replace uber upload by jquery hayageek upload

Description of requirements/features: The job is to replace Uber Upload with html5 jquery drag&drop upload. The selected plugin is http://hayageek.com/docs/jquery-upload-file.php
You don't need to rewrite upload.php script. You just have to improve and adapt actual script.
Required:
- Upload with drag & drop and browse button.
- Upload to user selected gallery.
- Display thumb-shot image when upload is ok and remove it after XX seconds. (thumb are automatically done after upload).
- Consider and use user account settings (upload limit, upload size, bandwidth, etc)
- In case of error, display error message.

Estimated time for this job for experienced jquery/php programmer 1-2 hours.
You will work live with website in production.
