REMOTELY Connect CCTV camera to my DVR box and an iPhone App

I looking for someone who may know how to connect my camera to my CCTV. I want someone to connect it somehow online so that im able to use my app from my phone to view the camera. The company I used a long time ago went bust so now I cannot connect to the camera using my app. All will need to be reconfigured I guess.

Need someone to do this remotely over WhatsApp
