Recut website front end to debug for certain browsers and appliances, see bug list

Scope:
1. Update WP and all plug in;
2. The website you need to work on http://organicscouncil.org
3. The bug list to address is here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mdBqzm-BXq2UOHA0kBGJrf74rSY4dIhnN88yL__HyYc/edit?usp=sharing and any other bugs there occur after the update of WP and plug ins (I will summarise for you if any other occur for you to debug)
The website shall work as perfectly as it does on Windows 10, latest Chrome version.

Work process:
You would be provided with the copy of the website database/files to download onto your own disc and then you will 1. showcase the completed job from your own server. Upon the satisfactory completion you 2. would first supply the database copy we will scan for malware and upload onto our server and double check, once uploaded, that all bugs are addressed.
