Re: AOL password
1. AOL has blocked my account for 'unusual activity'
2. Their helpdesk won't help because tehy say the account is not in my name, despite having had the same account (and name) since 1998
3. I can't email them becuase it requires me to log in; if I could do that I wouldn't need their help!
4. If I try to change the password, as recommended by AOL, I get this error message:
Sorry. There is no information to reset your password.
Verify that this is your account
Please select one of the following options to verify your identity.
Alternative Email Address
Billing Information
5. Since both those are greyed out, despite my paying by direct debit, the only option is 'Close'
6. Any ideas please? I've given up trying to get anywhere with AOL.
