ReCaptcha and Mailhide php implementation on website

My new site has a contact form. I run various websites.

I am just about to launch my new website. But I want the form to

a. Avoid spam

b. Hide my email address.

I have signed up to Recaptcha and Mailhide seen the php scripts and have the public/private keys. But I am not a programmer and I need someone to implement this saving me the hassle.

Please note, the *form handling* cgi script is on my main site. On the same server as the new site, so I can add other forms when I need them. I'd like this implemented pretty quickly - within a couple of days - as it is virtually the last step now.
