Rebuilding C++ software on Linux platform

I'm looking for a Linux expert (10+ years) with good professional qualifications who is able to rebuild / test C++ software from information provided in published scientific journals.

I really want someone interested in forming a long term association to do this and similar work. I would hope to offer you much better rates in the future. However, in the first instance I can only offer £25 per hour for approx 50 hours work. The work will start at the end of the month and needs to be complete within two months.

Although the work will be done primarily at your home, I would want to meet you from time to time at UCL in central London. You may also need to come on client visits. Therefore, I need someone who lives in or near London.
