Rebuild simple flash software in HTML 5

General information for the business: We sell CD ROMs to schools
Kind of development: Customization of existing program
Num. of modules: 6-8
Description of every module: Each CD ROM is based on the same framework.
1. There's a simple fairy tale story with a 'next' option appearing after the naration has ended. Each page has very simple animation and there are between 20 - 30 pages on each CD.
2. after the story, there are 6 sets of multiple choice questions based on the story. There are 4 levels of ability.

Description of requirements/functionality: We need the CD's rebuilt in html 5 to be used on mobile devices and on school platforms.
