Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: Features to be implemented will include:
1 Advert Banners linked to databases - I think you understand this

2 When a new advert is posted by the admin it will have an automitic advert ID which will be serial in nature i.e. 1, 2, 3 etc. so we will need a column for advert ID
3 Property lookup Search using the property ID. the user will type in the property ID of the property and the detail of the property will appear
4 General property search so that user can search for properties using parameters like: price range, state, city, property type, # of rooms etc.


Also in the previous work:
1 when user register they will have an automatic userID. so we will need a column for user ID
2 when a new property is listed it will get an automatic property ID . so we will need a column for property ID
3 Update the google location map so that it will zoom in to the property location at street level. Currently you have it at world level so it is showing the whole world even so user have to manually zoom in. Let the default zoom be at street level

Things to keep in mind about the adverts
Advert can be property or can be any other product or service
The advert can be for properties that is already in database or can be property that is not it database.
For Product or service or other property that is not is database, the admin will enter the details manually on the admin page. please refer to the "POST NEW ADVERT" section of the powerpoint slide 2.
When the admin press submit the property will be added to the new advert table. But if the admin press the reset button and not the submit button, all the fields will be cleared.
For property that is already in the database, the admin can load data from this propert into the fields by typing the ppty ID and pressing the load button ( POST NEW ADVERT section). This will then fill all the input fields with the details of that property. WHen the admin press submit the advert will then be added to the new-ad table
However note the admin will have to enter the cost of the ad manually because this information is not in the property table
Extra notes: For Payment terms. You agree that the payment will be made once. at the end of the project. The project ends when we both agree that all the tasks have been completed. Please Do not ask for part payment before completion of all tasks. Do you agree to this?
