Description
Experience Level: Entry
I run a small CNC signage business in New zealand.
The cost of speed display devices is prohibitive for schools and other businesses.
I have found a combination that i like , but im not a programmer. I need someone to modify/write the python code to run on a Raspberry pi with a 64 x 64 matrix display
Using the OmniPreSense OPS-243a (https://omnipresense.com/product/ops243-doppler-radar-sensor/) and driving a Raspberry Pi with a 'Adafruit RGB Matrix HAT' (https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-rgb-matrix-plus-real-time-clock-hat-for-raspberry-pi) running 2 x 64x32 displays
Would like the speed displayed on the matrix, changing from white to red color when preset speed is reached and also provide a signal to switch external device.
Speed limit should be easily adjustable. possibly a text file that can be adjusted easily
Code is available on github for the radar end (https://github.com/omnipresense), which displays to a lcd but I am after a LED Matrix.
