Radium liquidity pool monitoring

**Overview:**
Simple script that detects new Raydium pool creations and automatically buys tokens using Jupiter V6 swap.

**Core Features:**
1. **Pool Detection**
- Fast websocket connection to watch Raydium pools
- Separate RPC for metadata checks and transactions
Monitor for pool creation events:
- Initialize2
- initializeInstructions2
- CreatePool
- InitializeInstructionsV3
- CreatePoolV3
- initPool

2. **Filters & Checks**
- Identify both tokens in pool (SOL + new token)
- Verify token to buy (non-SOL token)
- Verify mint authority is revoked
- Verify freeze authority is revoked
- Check minimum pool liquidity
- Only buy if all checks pass

3. **Trading**
- Buy tokens via Jupiter V6
- Add Jito tips for better execution
- Use dynamic slippage up to 10%

4. **Safety & Monitoring**
- Basic retry system for failed transactions
- Simple command to pause or stop

5. **Configuration**
- Easy setup through .env file:
- Websocket RPC endpoint (for monitoring)
- HTTP RPC endpoint (for transactions)
- Private key
- Buy amount
- Minimum liquidity
- Tip size
