R script get data from list of files

General information for the business: script to open files / R / excel
Description of requirements/functionality: hello,

I need a script in R that:
- open an excel file where there are a few info in some columns. (info is a list of filenames, path and which columns to get for each files)
- get the file name and path name and all the info about the first file to use, also the output filename where to write the output
- open the first file and import in R the time series that is in the first file
- write in an output file (name taken from input file) (excel) `hello` in the first cell, `name of the input file` in the second cell
- save all the files
- goes to the second raw of the first input file and do the same for the second file (loop)
- loop until the row in the input file is empty

NB, there will be some adjustment of the requirements, just to fit the intput / output
