Quote Engine for a salon insurance site, built from scratch

Description of requirements/features: A complete quote and purchase system for a salon insurance company. Customers will need to be able to fill out a 6 page form that gathers their details and business specifics. The quote engine then calculates their premium based on figures in a ratings table.

Users need to be able to save their quote at the end and log back in at a later date to retrieve quotes as well as purchase the policy. Once a user has purchased the system needs to email them their documentation as well as allow them to log in and download their policy documents.

The owners of the website will need the facility to log in to an admin panel where they can view all quotes, purchases and also access the ratings table to amend prices if required.

A full details specification (59 page PDF document for the quote engine spec, plus guides for the payment gateway provider UPG and xml structure) are available to any interested applicants.

"New website from scratch" does not mean wordpress!
