Python/Selenium for placing trades

I need a selenium script which will place trades on Pocket Option - binary broker.
What I need you to do is place the pending orders. You will place various pending orders based on the given price. One set of orders I would like in my live account, another set in demo. I would like to test my strategy in my demo account.
1. Direction and price is given from the telegram (already working)
2. Place various pending orders given the price.
3. If the direction is up, subtract from the price a little to get better position.
4. If the direction is down, add to the price a little to get better position.
5. Trades will be placed at %5 account's balance.
6. Each price will have roughly 3 trades.
Trade 1 for 1 minute at the exact given price.
Trade 2 for 15 minutes add/subtract from the price a little.
Trade 3 for 3 hours add/subtract from the price a little
