General information for the business: Python script
Description of requirements/functionality: I'm looking for a freelancer to build upon a python script, which counts words/phrases which occur within a source .csv file.
Then, a script (whether it's a separate python script, or the same one) then strips all stop words, pulls the top 500 words/phrases and matches whether they exist within another source .csv file.
If they do, they are ignore, if they DON'T, they're copied to an output csv file.
