Python Script for Github Crawling

Aim- Need to design a script in python which will be doing the following tasks -

1. Able to search the Github for java repositories having star > 100, have 10 followers and at least has 20 watches.
2. Able to search GitHub repositories based on latest commits, and time range can be modified in the script e.g. one should be able to search repositories which have the latest commit in January 2019.
3. The output of all the collected repositories should be stored in the .txt file with the following data order i.e. repository’s name, repository’s URL, Repository’s total number of commits, Repository’s latest commit date & Repository’s latest commit’ URL
