Python FIX data connection integration

i need someone to create a sample integration using two platforms. I need a FIX protocol API ( https://github.com/da4089/simplefix ) there are other REPO's for fix and im open to those too if they are up to day. I need it to work with IEX fix connection ( https://iextrading.com/docs/IEX%20TOPS%20Specification.pdf ) and all this be tied to the backtrader platform. you can see the quickstart here ( https://www.backtrader.com/docu/quickstart/quickstart.html )

you must understand what FIX is, you must know python as well. Code must be efficient as we don't want to add unnecessary latencies in getting data from FIX to the backtrader platform.
