Python Data scraping required for racing results public data

We require a daily csv file produced at the end of each race meeting which provides 1 row per horse with it's position, odds, weight, trainer, jocky etc basically all the race data elements from the html page example below
attheraces.com/racecard/Chelmsford-City/08-June-2020/1200
Other scraping projects will be required beyond this if successful delivery
Walk through of the python code should be made if required.
