Python API integration, Tradingview, Crypto Personal Trading Bot

Description of every module: I want to build a bot that can buy and sell at certain levels that I set and can integrate with Tradingview, Etherdelta, Bittrex, Binance, and Cryptopia.

I want to set buy and sell levels for different cryptos. It'll have to use my private keys and all exchanges would be managed from one dashboard.

Please provide similar work in working with relevant API's and trading automation.

Only experts with previous experience in these areas will be considered. Please discuss a timeline and deliverables in your proposal.
Description of requirements/functionality: I can input the buy price and sell price using the corresponding trading pair and I need to be able to set stop losses or take profit levels as well.

The buys and sells wouldn't be placed until a certain price is reached.

This would work differently for each exchange.
CMS and Admin requirements: I need hosting on Amazon cloud.

CMS has to be custom but doesn't need to be fancy at all.
