General information for the business: Website needs to retrieve a live updating number from a single public Google Sheets Cell
Description of requirements/functionality: We have a number that is in A1 of a Google Sheet which is public. Here is the URL:

I simply need to place this as text on an HTML web page so that when the number changes in Google Sheets - it INSTANTLY updates on our HTML web page. Please provide all of the code needed to accomplish this.
Again, all we need is that percentage showing in A1 of the Google Sheet above, to be displayed in text on an HTML web page via Javascript and have it change INSTANTLY as Google Sheets could be updated anytime. Keep in mind that it has two decimals.
