Pull Music Metadata into a DB from Multiple Sources

Description of requirements/features: I have a MySQL database of music metadata from up until 2013 that someone pulled from three data sources. However I have no way to update that database.

I'm looking for someone who can review the current database and pull data from the following sources to build an updated and completed database of music metadata.

Currently the database has data from these 3:
Allmusic
Echonest
LyricFind

I'd like the database to also pull data from these three as well

DBPedia - http://mappings.dbpedia.org/server/ontology/classes/MusicalArtist
Discogs - http://www.discogs.com/data/

Additionally, I'll need the script that you write to do this under to keep the database updated on a regular basis. The script should download the latest data dumps and update the MySQL DB rather than overwrite it.

Ideally, the script will be written in PHP, but Python is also fine.
