Product card-java script

Hi hope you are doing well. i was looking for some help with java script on an e-commerce website i was developing. the product cards are designed and developed however i am struggling with the necessary javascript commands to make it functional as such im looking for a java programmer to do the following.
The following is what is require:
.The product cards, the first link below, are responsive to the size of the screen e.g. on mobile viewer only 2 will show up
.on the mobile viewer no animation is required to view the whole product card
.on click of the image it expands and then the website will display the second link in the same url with the website in the background
.a product carousel e.g. a slide show on a click of the arrow 4 seperate items will appear
.multi lines of products e.g. below another line of product cards appear
