I have a spreadsheet with 3 columns:
CHAPTER
START
END
I need a script to "Print as PDF" the selected pages from START column to END column
and SAVE filename as CHAPTER.
For example,
CHAPTER START END
Chapter 1: Introduction 1 5
The script should save a PDF of pages 1-5 and name the file "Chapter 1: Introduction.pdf"
