Print spooler/scheduler

I need a program written in any language (BASIC, dBase, Foxpro whatever) that will list certain files in a directory (all files staring with R****** for example) and allow the operator to output the file selected to any printer on the network.

The file would then be flagged as printed.

A further option would be required to delete the printed file.

The file list would be updated on enetring the program with an option to "Update" which would refresh the list.
