We are using https://www.emailparser.com/ windows install to automate csv data received. we would like a powershell script to calculate and remove duplicate rows in designated csv's
The files will have 4 columns, with the first being order id, which is the unique identify, but it may have multiple rows using the same id, hence why the calculation requirement and then the removal of the non calculated rows.
We would also like the removal of "-" symbol at the beginning of any financial data so -4.67 would be come 4,67.
It needs to be one script that can be added to our email parser system.
