General information for the website: Plug in customisation
Description of every page/module: I have a plug in that loads a Terms and Conditions pop when a link on the checkout page is clicked.

It contains code to ensure that the reader must scroll down the full pop up click the Accept or Decline button which must stay in place.

What I need is for the pop up to load on arrival at the Checkout page and force the website customer to read and Accept the Terms and Conditions before they can access the rest of the Checkout page to complete the purchase.
