Pivot table

I require a pivot table to return results from excel spreadsheets and return data into 4 columns:

1) column 1 - from a data column which has a string of words, we need the formula to remove the following data:
'the' 'hotel' 'resort' 'spa' ',' '&' 'and' 'casino' 'villas' 'golf'
1b) With the words left, copy the first 2 words into column 1

2)Once number 1 above has been done, search the remaining worksheets for data into the remaining 3 columns. The search will be based on 2 columns of data
