Pinescript trading view automation strategy

I would like you to use an indicator on trading view but to also factor in my conditions and automate it eg:

1. 20 pip SL and 20-50 TPs
2. Max 2 losses per day
3. Lots sizes £10 per point
4. If signal meets requirements then entry must be within 1-2 pips either side of 5 min candle
5. Only enter trade if signal is confirmed eg; 5 minute candles indicator could open at a buy signal and should price move downwards the signal disappears so entry should only occur once candle closes or is for example on a 5 minute candle entry can occur if signal is showing up to 1 minute before candle closes.

I will advise if there is any other conditions to meet.

candidate must:
- Have extensive trading and coding knowledge within pinescript and MTQL4/5.

Please advise if you are able to do this how long it take ?
