PHP Version of PID Checker

We are looking for a developer who can program us a PHP solution for MS Product Keys verification/identification (PID Check) .

- GUI with PHP
- Single code input or BULK and/or from Txt-File
- All entered keys are stored in a database - Logic choose right config-file
- Result display

We have 4 different desktop tools to check certain product keys. All 4 work on the same basis:

They load a config file in format (.xrm-ms) and make a request by microsoft server and get result. We provide these tools to the developer.
