PHP symfony app hosted on AWS.

My system was created to run a sign company delivery operation. It involves sending XML requests to the utility locate service for each individual order. Recently the company updated their inbound XML request and broke the system. Also, the main developer who knew everything no longer works for the company I had working on it. Currently they have no one else.
PROJECT: Fix the inbound XML request protocol.
