I have a website, broadcast streamer broadcast live from address X.
Problem is, sometimes broadcasting address X, sometimes Y , sometimes Z.
I need a code to be written, "If there is no broadcasting at X, go to the Y, if there is no broadcasting address Y, Go address Z.
1. The situation is, never broadcasting the two addresses simultaneously.
