PHP script to update MySQL from form (with CRUD funtionality)

General information for the website: PHP Prototype using MySQL and Bootstrap
Description of requirements/features: Admin Page - selection script (Form/Action)
Admin can create, delete and update Video selection for any specific user from a dropdown list

Page has 2 selections. 1 dropbox selection of Users (populated from tbl_user) and a checkboxes selection populated from tbl_video).
Admin selects user and videos.
On Submit the results are written to tbl_selection - (user_id, video_id).

User Page
After login, the user sees those embedded Youtube videos which correspond with user_id from tbl_selection (id, user_id, video_id)

Background data:

I have 3 tables in MySQL
tbl_user - id, name, email
tbl_video - id, category, embed (Youtube typically "XGSy3_Czz8k")
tbl_selection - id, user_id, video_id

Admin page (PHP)
Dropdown Selection (Users - populated from tbl_user)
Checkbox Selection (Users - populated from tbl_video)
Submit action - write to tbl_selection.

User page (PHP)
Shows videos based on user_id
(ex. Select * video_id FROM tbl_selection WHERE id=user_id)
The SELECT state runs a loop through the tbl_selection and generates
the User_Page
