Php script

I need an MLM type matrix script written in PHP with joomla extensions.
The script will be a 3 x3 forced matrix with spill over that sets the commissions for referrals at $5 each and referral, referrals at $5 and referrals, referrals, referral to $5 to 3 levels after 3 levels are full the 3 x3 will open up to
4 x3 with spillover when 3 levels are full the matrix expands to 5 x 3 etc...
