Php/mysql webapp launch and deployment

I am new in a company, my ex-colleague developed a php/mysql web application but never launched it.

I want to run the app and launch it while screen sharing.

I already have xampp, and VS Code installed. I need a php expert who can align the code with database and run the app locally (1 hr), then launch the app online (1hr), and test it (1 hr). for $30 in total.

Easy task for expert php coders.
