PHP/mySQL web developer required.

Hi
I've been let down by programmer and some of the functionality is there but not laid out as I require. This is a dvd wedding invitations site and this is the functionality needed.

1 .Customer registers -, a folder with their name is created on server to hold their media when they upload it
2. Calendar for wedding date (as b4)
3. Customer chooses video design page - so need page to display videos where when user puts mouse-over thumbnail a larger video will play
4. Order page which is built but needs redesign bigger and clearer
5. when customer has paid - receives email confirmation and link to upload page
6. Customer uploads photos which goes into folder in their name
7. on this upload pagelLink to page where customer drags and drops photos in order to be shown in video
8. Link to page to write titles for the video, and description of wedding details which also goes into their folder
