PHP/MySQL script for product inventory manger

Hello I would like to acheive the following:

A basic html table interface (I can apply CSS myself) that can display:
Product name, show the current quantity, a + button to add 1 unit to the stock. A - button to remove 1 item from the stock level.

The ability to bulk upload a spreadsheet to update stock levels in one hit.

The ability to click a link to download a spread sheet of current stock levels.

The code can be written for just one product line (I should be able to replicate the code to change the table collum that is quired )

A mysql db table will be allocated for each user. I also need a login facility so the each user can only view and manage their own stock.


Optional functions, could some product lines have an adjustable stock level threshold that would make the product name turn red once the threshold is met.

Any other suggestsions would be very much appreciated. I am familiar with PHP in terms of replicating the code by changing tables and colums to query.

I will supply the Mysql details. If my price is not realistic please let me know. I have have had more complicated scripts written for a similar fee.
